Admission Guidelines

  • 1) The application form and prospectus are available for purchase at the Office for Rs. 500.
  • 2) The application form must be completed by the Parent/Guardian and submitted with:
    • a) Two passport-sized photographs of the applicant
    • b) Original Birth Certificate of the applicant
    • c) Original Aadhar Card of the applicant
  • 3) A Transfer Certificate from the previous school is required for admission into classes above 1.
  • 4) An admission test will be held based on the standard curriculum.
  • 5) The list of eligible candidates for admission will be posted at the school office, and parents will be notified.
  • 6) Admission will be granted based on the candidate's performance in the test and interview.
  • 7) The table below outlines the minimum age requirements for admission.

Fees Information

  • 1) At the time of admission, the following fees must be paid: Admission Fee, Annual Fee, Book Fee, and Uniform Fee (minimum of three sets).
  • 2) Admission will be finalized upon receipt of the full payment.
  • 3) The Tuition Fee can be paid either in a lump sum before April 5th each year (with a 10% discount) or in monthly installments.
  • 4) Monthly fees should be settled on the first working day of each month or by the 5th of the same month.
  • 5) A late fee of Rs. 10 per day will be imposed for payments made after the 5th of the month.
  • 6) Receipts from the accounts office should be retained by the Parent/Guardian for future reference.

School Uniform, Discipline and Other Rules

  • 1) Students are required to wear the regular uniform on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and house uniforms on Wednesday and Saturday.
  • 2) Students must attend school in a clean and well-maintained uniform. Those not in proper uniform will be marked as defaulters.
  • 3) It is mandatory for students to wear a Tie, Belt, and ID card daily.
  • 4) Shoes should be kept polished, and students should maintain well-groomed hair and nails.
  • 5) Parents/Guardians should regularly review the School Diary.
  • 6) Parents/Guardians should ensure that students arrive at the boarding points at least 5 minutes before the scheduled transport arrival.
  • 7) Meetings with teachers during school hours are not permitted.
